Mangement of Yettel Bank

Aleksandar Bogdanović was appointed President of the Executive Board in March 2023. Previously, in the role of Executive Commercial Director, he managed many segments of the Bank’s operations with excellent results, including sales, product development, marketing and asset management. At the same time, Aleksandar headed the team that defined the Bank’s Strategy for the period from 2023 to 2027. His expertise in the field of strategic planning and management was crucial for the development of the company and the achievement of stable profitability in 2022. He is dedicated to modernizing the Bank’s services with the aim of further improving the user experience and increasing the client base.

Aleksandar has many years of experience in leading positions in international companies, and exceptional expertise in the field of strategy and business development. He has been part of the Bank since 2020.

He graduated from CDI College in Canada in the field of information technology, and received his master’s degree in business administration from Cardiff University, London School of Commerce.

Aleksandar is married and the father of five children. He likes chess and skiing.

Periša Puletić, appointed as a member of the Bank’s Executive Board in May 2023, is responsible for finance, risk management, regulatory affairs, public relations, human resources and operations.

Periša has been an indispensable part of the Bank’s team since its foundation in 2014, involved in the most significant and complex activities of the Bank, such as the successful completion of the process of joining the Bank to the PPF Group. He has been at the head of the Legal Department since 2017, where he and his team continuously provide the highest quality legal support to all Bank activities and management in creating innovative solutions in the field of digital banking. Since 2022, he has been in the position of Director of the Sector for Regulatory Affairs.

He started his career at the Commercial Court in Belgrade and the First Basic Court in Belgrade, after which he continued his professional development in the banking sector.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, and then passed the bar exam.

He is married and the father of two daughters.

Vuk Zečević was appointed as a member of the Bank’s Executive Board in June 2024, and he is responsible for managing the Financial Planning and Analysis Department, the Accounting and Reporting Department, as well as the Procurement and General Affairs team.

Before joining Yettel Bank, Vuk was a member of the Executive Board of Eurobank Direktna for almost two decades. In this position, he managed the bank’s finances, implemented the latest solutions in financial planning and management, and developed key strategic partnerships in domestic and foreign markets.

His extensive career also includes working at Banca Intesa, where he was the Head of Asset and Cash Management until 2005. During that time, he was in charge of liquidity management, currency trading, financial reporting, and analysis.
