The call to the contact center is free of charge for all Yettel network users, while the other network users, as well as calls in roaming will be charged in accordance with the operators’ tariff.
Customer service working hours for receiving calls are from 9:00 to 19:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 16:00 on weekends.

Instructions for data reset

If you forget your username or password, you can easily access them again. First, you need to go to the online application online.mobibanka.rs.

When you click on the “Log in” button on the internet application, the following options will appear

  • „I forgot my username“
  • „I forgot my password“

If you cannot remember your username and password, you must first recover your username and then reset your password.
