    How do I apply for a credit card with refinancing?

    Clients with Yettel Bank current account

    1. Fill in the application for a loan using the Bank’s web app or at the Bank’s point of sale together with the banking advisor, by entering your personal, financial and employer information.
    2. Submit the necessary documentation on the Bank’s web app:
      – Authorization for granting a loan for refinancing loans at another bank

      – Certificate of employment or a bank account statement from the commercial bank where you receive your salary/pension
      You will be required to submit the Authorization in its original form at the Bank’s point of sale, as well as the Certificate of Employment or bank account statements, unless they have originally been issued in electronic form or signed using an electronic certificate.

    3. Based on the provided data, the attached documentation and Credit Bureau report data, the Bank will make a decision on loan approval and inform you about it by SMS and email.
    4. After the loan application has been approved, you can learn about the offered terms and conditions using the Bank’s mobile or web app.
    5. The loan agreement will be concluded online, and your presence will be required at the Bank’s point of sale, for the delivery of the original documentation submitted when applying.
    6. After the original documentation has been submitted, the Bank will obtain the necessary information about the loan obligations at another bank that you will be refinancing, on your behalf, and based on the Authorization.
    7. Based on the data received from the other bank, the loan will be disbursed, and we will notify you about this by SMS and email.

    Clients without Yettel Bank current account

    1. Visit the Bank’s point of sale to receive an offer from our banking advisor.
    2. Continue making your application, enter your personal, financial and employer information, and submit the necessary documentation using the Bank’s web app:
      – Authorization for granting a loan for refinancing loans at another bank
      – Certificate of employment or a bank account statement from the commercial bank where you receive your salary/pension
      You will be required to submit the Authorization in its original form at the Bank’s point of sale, as well as the Certificate of Employment or bank account statements, unless they have originally been issued in electronic form or signed using an electronic certificate.
    3. Based on the provided data, the attached documentation and Credit Bureau report data, the Bank will make a decision on loan approval and inform you about it by SMS and email.
    4. After your loan application has been approved, visit the point of sale to open a current account without a monthly fee and payment card issuance fee. After your account has been opened, you can learn about the offered terms and conditions using the Bank’s mobile or web app.
    5. You will conclude the loan agreement at the Bank’s point of sale, at which point you will provide the original documentation.
    6. After the original documentation has been submitted, the Bank will obtain the necessary information about the loan obligations at another bank that you will be refinancing, on your behalf, and based on the Authorization.
    7. Based on the data received from the other bank, the loan will be disbursed, and we will notify you about this by SMS and email.

    What does this card allow you?

    Split up to 12 installments.

    • Split each purchase or cash withdrawal at an ATM into up to 12 installments. This applies to payments of over RSD 2,000, made at any point of sale or online, in the home country or abroad.
    • Split them into installments at any time, in the app, until the end of the month in which the purchase was made.
    • Choose the number of installments according to your needs and monthly obligations, with a fee of 6% of the total amount of the transaction or 500 RSD minimum. The fee will be evenly distributed and charged with each installment.

    • Use your Yettel Bank credit card to make deferred payments of up to 45 days, with no interest.
    • Make a purchase online or at the point of sale, and use the app to pay your bills, top up your mobile phone, make a transfer to your current account.
    • Choose the amount you will repay. The minimum monthly repayment is 5% of the remaining debt or RSD 1.000.

    Free up funds!

    • Use your debit card to make payments by the end of the current month, repay it in installments by credit card, with revolving model or split the payment into installments.
    • If you need additional funds at the end of the month, you can transfer payments made during the current month to your credit card.

    • Refinance your loan, credit card or authorized overdraft.
    • In the maximum amount of 300.000 RSD, in no more than 36 installments, choosing the model that suits you (revolving or installments).

    Who can apply?

    • Individuals with residence in the Republic of Serbia (residents)
    • Individuals above the age of 18 with an ID card that is valid at the moment when they make their application
    • Employees and pensioners who receive their regular monthly income of at least 20,000 RSD
    • Individuals employed with companies that have active status and have good credit history with no payments past due on any obligation in the Credit Bureau.
    • Regarding employment, the credit card is available to:
    • Pensioners or employees who have been with their current employer for a minimum of 3 months (permanent or fixed-term).

    • The monthly bank account statements from the bank where you have been receiving your salary for the past 3 months in PDF, showing the last three salaries paid in. You usually receive your statements by email or you can download them using internet or mobile banking, or
    • Certificate of employment and amount of income issued in soft copy and signed with a digital certificate by the employer, or
    • Confirmation of electronic delivery obtained through the electronic government portal. More information about how to obtain the confirmation can be found here.
      • If the employer does not use digital certificate for signing, you can provide a certificate that has been signed and stamped.

    Credit card with refinancing

    • Authorization for granting a loan for refinancing loans at another bank
    • The monthly bank account statements from the bank where you have been receiving your salary for the past 3 months in PDF, showing the last three salaries paid in. Usuallya you receive statements by email or you can download them using internet or mobile banking, or
    • Certificate of employment and amount of income issued in electronic form and signed with a digital certificate by the employer

      • If the employer does not use the digital certificate for signing, you can provide a certificate that has been filled in and certified by the employer.

    Pensioners
    RSD pension

    • Monthly bank statements for the account where you receive your pension for the last 3 months in PDF format, showing the last three received monthly pensions. You usually receive statements by email or can download them through internet or mobile banking, or
    • Pension checks for the last three months, or
    • Certificate of pension amount issued by the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of the Republic of Serbia (PIO), or
    • Confirmation of electronic delivery obtained through the electronic government portal. More information about how to obtain the confirmation can be found here.
    • Authorization for granting a loan for refinancing loans at another bank – should be submitted only when refinancing liabilities at another bank

    Foreign currency pension

    • A copy of the decision issued by the competent pension fund – the document needs to be translated by a certified court interpreter (for foreign currency pensioners). The translation will not be required for foreign currency pensioners who receive their pension cheques from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina or Montenegro
    • The monthly bank account statements from the bank where you have been receiving your foreign currency pension for the past 6 months in PDF, showing the last six pensions paid in. You usually receive your statements by email or you can download them using internet or mobile banking
    • Authorization for granting a loan for refinancing loans at another bank — should be submitted only when refinancing liabilities at another bank

    A representative example

    Card features

    • Client may only possess one credit card.
    • Credit limit is approved for 36 months.
    • Grace period is 45 days (30+15).
    • Loan maturity date is last calendar day of the month
    • The tolerance period for debt settlement is 15 days – the obligation is due at the end of the month, but payment can be made up to the 15th of the following month.
    • Minimum loan amount approved is 30,000 RSD and maximum amount is 600,000 RSD.
    • Credit limit is approved only in RSD currency.
    • Minimum instalment is 5% from remaining principal balance, a minimum of 1,000 RSD (in case of revolving refinance).
    • Mandatory monthly payment is done against the current account, while the client can pay off the remaining principal loan using the internal transfer from the current account to the credit limit.
    • The portion of the loan already paid off is available for use.

    Details of credit card with refinance option

    • During the refinance process, credit limit for the client is placed with the bank for the refinanced amount and those funds are transferred to the other bank, in accordance with the remaining principal balance statement
    • If the option is instalment refinance, then the minimum instalment is 5% from the used amount (pre-refinance) or a minimum of 1,000 RSD plus the refinance instalment
    • If refinancing a credit card or overdraft, the account will be blocked, i.e., the limit cannot be used until a Certificate of Settled Obligations at the Bank’s point of sale is provided.

    The following payments can be made from the credit account through the application:
    Payments using the application can be performed once the credit account has been approved, regardless of whether the card has been physically collected by the client or activated. Standing orders or payments in foreign currency cannot be made from the credit account.
    Online payments from the credit account are performed when the client initiates a transfer request using the web or mobile apps, by selecting the credit account for payment, instead of the current account. Further payments are performed the standard way using the current account. In order for the account balance changes to be clearly visible for the client, the overview showcases the following transactions:

    • money transfer from credit account to current account
    • payments to the current account
    • outgoing transactions from the current account – payment
    • commission charges

    After the payment is made, the credit account or credit card is debited for the payment amount, along with the commission from the Bank’s applicable Tariff.
