Ipsos Research Results on Bank Accounts
The latest Ipsos research* shows that the vast majority of respondents had an excellent experience with the Bank MAX account Yettel Bank. As many as 82% of respondents stated that this account is better compared to other accounts they have used**.
With this account, customers can save over 7,000 RSD annually solely on monthly maintenance fees, which are 0 RSD. In line with this, it’s no surprise that 83% of surveyed Bank MAX customers say that Bank MAX helps them save money by avoiding numerous banking fees, while 82% report that it simplifies their everyday financial management.
“In customer behavior, we notice a consistent pattern that applies not only to banking services but to all life decisions: when we find the first acceptable option, we stop looking for the best one. We didn’t stop. We continued to improve our current account packages until we found the winning, best combination. In a world where fees and limitations often burden customers, this approach brings real change. It’s no surprise that, during the survey, 92% of Bank MAX account customers confirmed that Bank MAX gives them the freedom to use any ATM in Serbia. Actually, you don’t have to imagine — try Bank MAX with a simple requirement you likely already meet: monthly debit card transactions of at least 30,000 RSD, or transfer part or all of your salary.
