Rules of the Promotional Activity “200,000th Bank MAX User” – Yettel Bank a.d. Belgrade
Yettel Bank a.d. Belgrade, with its registered office in Belgrade, Omladinskih brigada 88, Company ID No. 17138669, Tax ID (PIB) 100000049, organizes and conducts a promotional activity titled “iPhone 17 Pro MAX for the 200,000th Bank MAX user” for the purpose of promoting the Bank MAX current account.
The promotional activity of Yettel Bank a.d. Belgrade starts on 12 February 2026 and lasts until the moment when 200,000 Bank MAX users are reached.
This promotional activity covers the following Bank users:

All natural persons who, starting from 11 February 2026, open a Yettel Bank current account and choose the Bank MAX account package;

All existing users who, during the duration of this promotional activity, become users of the Bank MAX account package.
The promotional activity does not apply to employees of Yettel Bank a.d. Belgrade, Yettel d.o.o., SBB d.o.o., and Cetin d.o.o., nor to users who, during the duration of the promotional activity, change their tariff package from the Bank MAX package to any other tariff package from the Bank’s business offer, or submit a request to close their current account, nor to users who, during the duration of the promotional activity, have outstanding liabilities towards the Bank.
The promotional activity includes the following devices:

iPhone 17 Pro MAX for the natural person who is the 200,000th user of the Bank MAX current account;

Apple Watch Series 11 devices, in total three (3) devices for the three Bank MAX current account users immediately preceding the phone winner and three (3) devices for the three Bank MAX account users immediately following the phone winner, according to the order of registration recorded in the Bank’s system.
The right to the iPhone 17 Pro MAX belongs to the chronologically 200,000th user of the Bank MAX current account of Yettel Bank a.d. Belgrade, in accordance with the reliable data from the Bank’s system.
In case the 200,000th user does not accept the phone, does not respond to the invitation for handover, does not accept the Bank’s handover conditions, or does not consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with these Rules, all within 10 days from the date the notification is delivered, the Bank shall award the phone to the first next user according to the reliable records of the Yettel Bank a.d. At the moment when the Bank’s system registers the 200,000th Bank MAX account user, the Bank’s promotional activity automatically ends.
General Rules

Devices cannot be exchanged for cash, nor transferred to another person.

One user may become the owner of only one device within this promotional activity.

Yettel Bank a.d. Belgrade reserves the right to determine the method and dynamics of device handover. A user who becomes entitled to a device will be able to choose the Yettel store where they can collect their device.

Yettel Bank a.d. Belgrade bears any tax obligations in accordance with applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia, if applicable to the type of device.

These Rules enter into force on the date of adoption and publication and will be available on the Bank’s website.
Personal Data Processing
By participating in the promotional activity, participants consent to the Bank processing their personal data for the purpose of implementing the activity, in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations and the Privacy Policy of Yettel Bank a.d. Belgrade.
Participants who become entitled to any of the devices agree that, if necessary, they may be photographed, recorded and/or interviewed, and that their image, voice, first and last name, as well as statements, may be used by the Bank for promotional, marketing and communication purposes, without territorial limitation and without time limitation, across all of the Bank’s communication channels, and each winner of the main and additional prize shall sign a statement to that effect.
The above materials may be used without the participant being entitled to any additional compensation on this basis.
The Bank undertakes to use the above data and materials in accordance with applicable regulations and good business practice.
