Notice about planned system improvements
Dear Customers,
To enhance the functionality of our new application, we will be performing necessary system adjustments over the weekend. As a result, the Yettel Bank mobile application, Mobi Banka applications, and some services will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday, July 20th from 1:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
After the maintenance is complete, the following features will be available in the new Yettel Bank mobile application: Accounts at a click, card management (PIN change, activation, blocking, unblocking, and card replacement), and standing order with variable amount.
During this period, the following services will not be available:
- Access to mobile and internet applications,
- Online card payments requiring a one-time password,
- Deposits and withdrawals in euros using debit cards at our ATMs.
Services that will remain available:
- DinaCard and Mastercard debit card – you can make payments at points of sale, deposits and withdrawals in dinars at our ATMs, as well as withdrawals at ATMs of other commercial banks.
- Mastercard credit card – you can make payments at points of sale and withdraw money at any ATM in the country.
- IPS inflows.
