Notice regarding fake messages from Pošta Srbije

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that there is currently an active SMS and email scam that uses the name of Pošta Srbije. This fake messages informs customers of a supposed delivery and asks them to provide payment card details or online application credentials on an unsecured website to facilitate the alleged delivery.

For the safety of your data, please avoid accessing these links and never disclose your credentials for mobile and web applications, one-time passwords or card details. Pošta Srbije, The Bank, and other institutions will never request your personal information via phone, text message, or email. Additionally, we advise you not to store your login credentials in your browser.

If you have already accessed the site and entered your card details or provided your credentials, please immediately check the connected devices in the Mobi Banka application under My Bank/Connected Devices or in the Yettel Bank application under Settings/Manage Devices, and remove any unknown devices. We also urge you to contact our Contact Center at 063/9005 as soon as possible.
