Your safety is our mutual responsibility, so we kindly ask you not to interact with a fake profile on social media that is using the name and logo of Mobi Banka, urging customers to fill out a fraudulent survey on an unsecured website in order to claim a supposed cash reward.

We remind you not to disclose your personal information or credentials for accessing applications to anyone and not to save them in your browser. If you have already visited the website and entered your card details, please contact our Contact Center as soon as possible at 063/9005 or through our Web application.
